GlycoFortin comes second for a full, readable label on a once-a-day liquid, and Glycovit third, with the same formula on worse terms. Gluco Extend is last despite a 180-day refund, because it publishes no label. None of these replaces diabetes medication. We left out GLPro, GlucoTrust, CelluFend and Insufend because the pages or videos on their own websites suggest you could cut back or come off your medication. This one counts the most: without a label you can't check the dose of anything, so a product with no label ranks last. ### A refund that works A longer window ranks higher, and so do terms that don't contradict themselves, with a clear route to ask. ### Daily cost We compare the price per day across packages, at one serving a day. At six bottles all four work out the same, so the entry package and the shipping decide it. ### An honest pitch A false seal, an unnamed "doctor", borrowed logos or a stimulant behind a "no stimulants" claim all pull a product down. A suggestion that you could come off medication takes it off the list. ### Where it is sold We go by the countries the retailer lists for each product. The rest comes from each official page and label, read on September 27, 2026; the reviews have the prices. ## Four reviews we won't rank GLPro, GlucoTrust (with its chewable, GlucoTrust Bites), CelluFend and Insufend all come with some version of the same idea on their own websites, one no supplement can deliver: that the product could help you cut back or come off diabetes medication or injections. CelluFend and Insufend even share the sentence. We won't rank a product sold that way, however its label reads. Each one still has a full review here, because people search for them and deserve the facts: what's inside, what it costs, how the refund works and what the seller claims. GLPro doesn't name a single ingredient; CelluFend's label is actually a modest probiotic with fiber. ## Frequently asked questions **What is the best supplement for blood sugar?** Of the four we rank, Glyco Pulse, because it shows the most on its label. That doesn't make it right for you: its label says it's meant for blood sugar already in the normal range, and NCCIH warns that herbal supplements used with diabetes drugs can cause unwanted side effects. Your doctor should see the label first. **Can a supplement lower blood sugar instead of medication?** No. The NIH's complementary health center (NCCIH) says that for a few supplements "there is weak evidence of a possible benefit", that some studies suggest chromium, cinnamon or berberine "might help with blood sugar control", and in the same breath calls it "very important not to replace medical treatment for diabetes with an unproven health product or practice". **Which one is cheapest?** At six bottles and one serving a day, all four work out the same per day; Glycovit's label allows two droppers, and Gluco Extend never states a serving. GlycoFortin has the cheapest single bottle; Glyco Pulse and Gluco Extend start at two.
