Who writes this site, what we look at, and what you won't find here.

## Who we are

GlucoseBench is published by Grupo Marfre Automação e Tecnologia, a small digital studio in Contagem, Brazil. Our editorial team writes and updates every page.

We aren't doctors, and we don't sell supplements. No brand pays for a review, and none gets to see one before it's published.

## How a review gets written

We open the seller's page and its label, and write down the formula, the serving, the packages, shipping and the refund terms, along with the date.

Then we ask the questions a careful buyer would: are the amounts printed, what does a day cost, does the refund cover an opened bottle, and does anything on the label call for a talk with your doctor first?

We draft with the help of AI writing tools. Before a page goes up, every number, quote and claim on it is checked against the source it comes from: the seller's page, the label, NCCIH, or another public record we name on the page. Each page shows the date it was last checked.

## What you won't find here

Lab results we didn't produce, star ratings, invented testimonials, or a promise that a supplement can stand in for medication.

Medical advice. Your doctor knows your numbers; we only know the labels.
